I just read an incredible post this morning from a guy who has influenced me quite significantly in the area of leadership, Michael Hyatt.  Michael was the CEO of Nelson Publishing and took it from a lethargic company to one of the biggest and best.  His passion now is to come alongside leaders and help them become better.
